St. Pete's Tower Cloud Closes $25M Equity Round

ST. PETERSBURG - Tower Cloud Inc. has closed on $25.5 million in an equity financing round, according to a SEC filing. Investors include Sutter Hill Ventures, of Palo Alto, Calif.; Menlo Park, Calif.-based El Dorado Ventures; Ballast Point Ventures, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; Kinetic Ventures, with offices in Chevy Chase, Md., and Atlanta; Noro-Moseley Partners, of Atlanta; Tampa-based The Burton Partnership; and West Point, Ga.-based Knology Inc. and ITC Partners Fund I LP.

Tower Cloud Inc., provides mobile backhaul services to wireless carriers in the United States.
