Brooke Capital Secures $840K Stake in St. Petersburg's EClips Media Technologies
ST. PETERSBURG - Brooke Capital Investments LLC has reported an 8.2 percent stake worth $842,811 in EClips Media Technologies according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The Newton, Pa.-based money manager said it owned 16.89 million shares in the St. Petersburg headquartered shell company. The stake's value is based on the stock's price Thursday of 5 cents.
EClips last month acquired New York-based Brand Interaction Group LLC, paying for it with 20 million shares. Brand Interaction runs Superdraft, a sports entertainment and media business focused on promotion of fantasy league events trough live events hosted in venues such as Las Vegas and on the Internet.
After the acquisition, EClips Chairman and CEO Gregory Cohen handed the executive reins to Brand Interaction CEO Eric Simon.
