TAMPA - Growth Technologies International, Inc.  announced today the completion of the acquisition of BulovaTech Labs  from Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. GROWTH believes the acquisition endows the company with a portfolio of technologies with transformational potential. GROWTH’s business plan is to commercialize, license or sell the technologies as they mature. In connection with the LABS acquisition agreement.

The technologies are concentrated in the following fields:

• Alternative Healthcare
• Healthcare Information
• Construction and Building Materials

To date, there have been substantial investments in these technologies. The Company believes the future investment needed prior to commercialization, licensing or sale will not represent a significant financial burden.
