Syniverse Leads Market with IPX Network Solution

TAMPA - Operators around the globe are turning to Syniverse Technologies’new IPX network solution, called Syniverse Next-Generation IP Service, as they look for operational efficiency, cost savings, high quality of service and flexibility to adapt to future technologies. In the span of one year, more than 10 operators, including some of the largest Tier 1 players in North America, have chosen Syniverse to address these needs.

As part of the newly branded Syniverse PRIME portfolio of network solutions, Syniverse Next-Generation IP Service provides access to the company’s full suite of roaming, messaging and network services via a single network. This single-connection approach means operators are able to introduce new services or increase network capacity without having to connect to additional networks.

Tony Holcombe, President and CEO, said Syniverse was first in the mobile industry to launch an IPX solution last year, and that first-mover advantage accelerated the company’s success with the emerging technology.
