Doctors’ Administrative Solutions and Sun Coast Staffing Host Speed Dating to Fill Five New Positions – STAT!
Tampa- based DAS’ tremendous growth creates urgent need for experienced healthcare IT sales, implementation and training professionals
Record unemployment can be difficult for everyone, with candidates competing against scores of other applicants for every available job and employers struggling to sift through mountains of resumes. However, Doctors’ Administrative Solutions, LLC and Sun Coast Staffing, Inc. have streamlined the process for everyone with a “speed dating” style interview program that’s helping them quickly determine if a candidate is a good fit for DAS and vice versa. The next round of speed dating interviews for five new positions open at DAS will take place on Tuesday, February 23 at 5:00 pm.
“You may not know after 10 minutes if you definitely want to hire a candidate,” explains David Schlaifer, president and CEO of DAS, “but you’ll usually know after that amount of time if you don’t.”
DAS, which provides implementation of and training for electronic health records and other technology solutions for physician practices, has been growing rapidly thanks to help from the stimulus plan. To quickly fill positions with the most qualified candidates, they teamed up with Sun Coast Staffing to come up with the “speed dating” interviews that have yielded great success. The 10 minute back to back interviews allow candidates an opportunity to show off their skills and meet several members of DAS management in a short period of time. Those who pass the speed dating round will then proceed through the organization’s more detailed and highly selective interview process.
