CoolTech 2012 Recap, TechJam Up Next

Heather Kenyon, CEO of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum gives FTJ a recap of CoolTech 2012. The event hosted on Friday in Tampa, showcased over fifty exhibitors with technologies developed across the Tampa Bay region including; mobile solutions, biotech, software, cleantech and hardware.

The fifth annual event drew hundreds of technology entrepreneurs, business professionals, educators, students and investors from across Tampa and the high tech corridor. In addition to the exhibits, CoolTech 2012 featured keynote speaker, Dr. Kenneth Ford, Founder & CEO, Institute for Human & Machine Cognition, who talked about how human thought and action are inextricably linked to technology systems.

The Tampa Bay Technology Forum's next major event is the 11th annual TechJam 2012 to be held on August 16 at the Pepin Hospitality Center in Tampa.
