USF CONNECT Welcomes CvergenX to Tampa Bay Technology Incubator
TAMPA - USF CONNECT has successfully recruited CvergenX, Inc. to the Tampa Bay Technology Incubator. The company was founded by researchers at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center.
CVERGENX, a biotechnology company, is committed to delivering personalized radiation therapy to cancer patients. The company, in collaboration with investigators at the Moffitt Cancer Center, has developed a unique molecular diagnostic assay that identifies differences in tumor radiosensitivity, which allows the appropriate selection of patients most likely to benefit from radiation therapy.
“The incubator is a perfect fit for the Company’s needs at this early stage, providing us important support and infrastructure while minimizing capital and overhead outlay. It also offers everyday opportunities to network with other entrepreneurs – another key component in helping CvergenX to grow and become successful”, says Mary Del Brady, Chairman & CEO of CvergenX.
CvergenX joins twenty-two other companies currently located at the Tampa Bay Technology Incubator. For more information regarding CvergenX, Inc. and
