CEO of Tampa Bay Technology Forum Resigns
TAMPA - Amy Norman, CEO and president of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, submitted her resignation to the organization’s Executive Committee on Friday. Norman, 33, who joined TBTF in 2005 as director of programs was promoted to the top position in July 2007, will continue serving in her current role through October 31st.
“Amy’s impact on the organization over the past four years has been transformative,” said Anand Pallegar, president of atLarge, Inc. and chairman of the TBTF board of directors. “With her leadership, TBTF has realized tremendous growth and success. We wish her all the best in her new career.”
Norman is leaving to pursue a new role with Dynamic Communities, a Tampa-based association management organization that serves professional associations and software user groups. A search for her replacement is underway by the organization’s board of directors.
TBTF’s programs and agenda will continue as scheduled and not be affected by Norman’s departure.

TBTF’s 400+ member organizations represent technology entrepreneurs, business and community leaders, investors, government representatives, researchers and educators.
