Yippy Appoints New Chief Executive Officer

FORT MYERS - Search engine and big data provider, Yippy announced today the appointment of Edward Noel as the Company's new Chief Executive Officer. Richard Granville, the Company's previous Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as the Executive Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.

As part of the process of reforming the Company's management structure, the Board recognized the need for an industry veteran to head up the Company's day-to-day operations going forward. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Noel served as a director on the Board and will continue to serve in that capacity in addition to his duties as Chief Executive Officer.
Noel has over fifteen years of business experience working in the Internet industry, including relative expertise in the areas of strategy, business development, search product management, mergers & acquisitions, ad sales and marketing.
